1) The front desk should always accommodate the guest.
2) There should be a map that can help a guests if they want to go somewhere and explore the place.
3) The staff should always be attentive to the guest and attend to the guest for whatever they need.
4) There must be a lifeguard near the pool or the sea area because we wanted the guest to be safe while enjoying the place.
